Mechanical Design & BMS Design
Concept Direction
The concept research of DPS aims to define electrical specifications and battery usage concepts. The deliverable is a feasible battery specification, as well as an indication of engineering budget and product price.
Production Design
Our CAD/CAE engineers are responsible for the layout of cells, cell connections, connector selection, IP grade, and other design details. To optimize mechanical integrity (vibration, impact) and thermal management, DPS can run FEM simulations.
Our electronic engineers are responsible for designing the schematic of BMS, layout engineers are responsible for PCB layout, firmware engineers are responsible for microcontroller code development, and software engineers are responsible for PC software development to test BMS. We are familiar with various communication protocols, such as CAN, CANOpen, RS485,I2C,SMBus, SPI, etc.
Testing
In our company Lab we can conduct temperature, humidity, mechanical and other tests on the prototype.
System integration
System integration is integrate the Battery module in the battery housing.
